Trini's Uncle Howard, a famous karate scientist, invents an invisibility potion. Billy gives Jason's karate class another try after more bullying from Bulk & Skull, as well as being a student of Uncle Howard. Rita kidnaps Trini's uncle for the formula and it's a race against time to save him and out-maneuver the Dark Warrior.

Trivia for this Episode
The full suit of Dark Warrior isn't shown in American footage, indicating only pieces were in useable condition from Japan.
The karate scenes with Jason and Billy from episode 01 was originally for this episode, as everyone including Bulk and Skull is wearing the exact same clothes.
Footage mostly adapted from Zyuranger episode 35 centering around the Yellow Ranger (Boi), a ninja school and an elixir of eternal life. A neat battle footage where Yellow Ranger replicates into five versions of himself is cut. Titanus also appears in this Zyuranger episode, but it cut since it doesn't appear in Power Rangers for another 11 episodes.
Since there was no Green Ranger footage in this Zyuranger episode, the US version of this episode aired before the introduction to Tommy.
