Terror Blossom
Terror Blossom descends on Angel Grove in a storm of enchanted petals, generating cherry blossoms from his own body and whipping them into swirling, weaponized clouds. With a single thrust of his hands, he can strip entire trees bare and send a rain of blossoms cascading over the city. His freezing beam locks Jason, Zack, and Trini in place, while his teleportation erupts in a burst of white energy and drifting petals that let him strike from anywhere. Even fallen monsters aren’t safe — Terror Blossom can revive them with blasts of pink energy and grant them new voices to amplify their threat. As his floral magic escalates, the Rangers must cut through a battlefield blooming with danger before his powers take root for good.
