When Lord Zedd tampers with a magical children’s book, the Rangers are pulled into a snowy storyland ruled by the mischievous Grumble the Magic Elf. Trapped in a frozen fantasy world where Grumble controls every twist of the tale, the team must navigate enchanted traps and icy challenges before the book slams shut on their only way home.

Monster Introductions this Episode
Snow Monster
The Snow Monster storms through the enchanted storybook world as a towering force of winter fury, using freezing winds and icy blasts to trap the Rangers in a landscape he controls completely. His chilling breath and frost‑charged strikes slow the team’s movements, turning every step into a struggle against the cold as he tries to freeze them in place. His massive strength lets him hurl snow and ice with avalanche‑like force, while his lumbering but powerful swings keep the Rangers scrambling for cover. As the enchanted realm grows colder and the Snow Monster’s attacks intensify, the team must break through his icy onslaught and restore balance to the story before they’re buried under his winter storm.
Mondo the Magician
An old friend to Rita Repulta, Mondo the Magician is the antagonist in the storybook "Grumple the Magic Elf", whom has cast a spell on Grumple. Upon the Rangers' arrival in the book, Rita orders Mondo to flip the script and go after the heroes, even escaping the book via dimensional rift to attack Angel Grove.

Mondo's sentai counterpart was a main character, and was only partially transferred to MMPR as a brief monster.
