Mouthpiece slithers into Angel Grove as a sinister, lie-spewing clown who forces victims to confess falsehoods with his hypnotic lie-beams, spawning Piranhatrons for every lie told. His deceptions twist a simple volunteer carwash into chaos, turning friends against each other and filling the streets with endless foes.
