The Rangers travel to the sandstorm-ravaged planet Centaur B, chasing mysterious energy readings. Beneath the dunes, they discover an underground colony — the last refuge of KO-35’s rebel survivors. But the colony is under siege: Darkonda, disguised as a rebel officer, unleashes the monstrous Coralizer, turning people into living coral.
