A day at the Angel Grove fair turns explosive when Pineapple the Clown reveals his tricks. However, the carnival riddled with Putties in disguise, as well the monster form of Pineapple the Clown- the Pineoctopus. Trini's cousin Sylvia gets caught up in the delusion. When Goldar joins the fight, the Rangers must find a way to neutralize Pineoctopus' power and save Sylvia.
