When Rocky’s science teacher, Mr. Wilton, is accidentally struck by one of Rito Revolto’s bungled magical blasts, the mild‑mannered educator is transformed into the grumpy, chaos‑spewing Marvo the Meanie. Suddenly, Rocky’s day goes from ordinary classroom stress to a full‑blown monster emergency as Marvo stomps through Angel Grove spreading irritation and mayhem. While the Rangers scramble to contain the damage, Rocky must confront the guilt of seeing his favorite teacher turned into a villain—and find a way to reverse the spell before Marvo’s meanness becomes permanent. With time running out and Rito making things worse at every turn, the team has to pull off a rescue that saves both the city and Mr. Wilton’s future.
